The Continental Edge on the Eastern Seaboard is rapidly emerging as hotbed of connectivity due to its abundance of subsea cable landings at two strategically-located colocation facilities on Long Island and in New Jersey, offering routes to Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa.

Epsilon, for instance, has announced a plan to establish key interconnect locations the 1025Connect data center in Long Island, New York, and the Tier 3 NJFX colocation campus in Wall, New Jersey. These new points will allow the company to further expand its renowned connectivity platform, while creating the easternmost SDN exchange in the U.S.

Moving forward, Epsilon will offer service providers direct access to cloud, content, local networks, submarine cable systems and Internet Exchange (IX) peering services from NJFX and 1025Connect.
